Guest Speaker, Courtney Meece, Community Health Manager at Rowan County Health Department, will present the 2025 Community Health Assessment and share key findings from the most recent Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Meece will highlight the top health priorities identified through data analysis and community input. She will also address:

• current health status of the community
• disparities affecting specific populations
• social determinants influencing health outcomes.
• how the results will inform strategic planning, funding, programming, and community partnerships.

A call to action will be issued to attendees to encourage collaboration and engagement as Rowan County addresses the identified priority areas and makes our community healthier as our Health Department strategizes.
