As we gather for our first RCDP breakfast after the national 2026 Blue Wave, Saturday, Nov. 14th, come learn how we moved the needle in Rowan County. We will be looking at data that shows how voters made a difference in this election compared to the margins we saw in local and state Rowan races in 2024 and 2022.
As the late veteran and local activist Michael Stringer (10/30/26) would sometimes quote, “We are not retreating — we are advancing in another direction.” Be part of being ready for more wins in 2028 for local Rowan Democrats!
We will be honoring our 2026 candidates and volunteers on Saturday, Nov. 14, as well as looking forward to more celebrations at our December Breakfast (12/12/26) with our new congressman, Cyril Jefferson and in January (1/9/27), with guest speaker, NC Democratic Party Chair Anderson Clayton. We have seen what is possible and we aren’t going back!
Join us at 10:00 a.m. each second Saturday of the month for our breakfast potluck. Bring a dish to share or feel welcome to just attend.
The Rowan County Democratic Party has an open door policy for those interested in preserving our democratic republic. We strive to bring candidates and policy issues to local voters before elections. We want an educated electorate!
