About Ruth:

A veteran educator of 32 years with more than 20 years serving Rowan County and Nationally Board Certified since 1998, Marohn feels compelled to serve the county in a new way. Marohn raised two successful daughters in the Rowan-Salisbury school system. Not only is Marohn a dedicated classroom teacher, she has devoted much of her time to coaching several sports and co-created the Orange and Blue Crew which fosters school spirit.
