Next year, we’ll vote for our representatives on the Rowan County Board of Commissioners, Rowan-Salisbury School Board, the North Carolina State Senate, and the North Carolina House of Representatives. The filing period to run for office in 2026 will be open from December 1 – December 19, 2025.

This workshop will cover the basics of filing for candidacy, setting up a candidate committee, managing funds, and campaigning for office.
