Plan C, 17 consecutive days of Early Voting for the 2024 General Presidential Election, was chosen on 4/16/24 by the Rowan County Board of Elections. It was a unanimous decision.

Mon through Fri – 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Sat, Oct 19, Oct 26 and Nov 2 – 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Sun, Oct 20 and Oct 27 – 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
