Steve Hannah comments on the obstinance of the majority on the Rowan County Elections Board that Early Voting benefits all voters. .

It is very distressing to learn that the Board of Elections meetings do not deal with well-known facts which can lead to intelligent decisions when handled with rational thinking and good intentions. But rather than following a plan of this nature, we are forced to face a complete lack of intelligent discussion from certain board members. Rather than offering helpful ideas, they choose to remain in obstinate silence. Which, of course, makes it impossible for them to perform the duties they swore to uphold when they were elected by the people to their positions. What a sad and shameful situation this has become. Do we not deserve better than this?
