Justice Alison Riggs won her race for the NC Supreme Court by a slim margin. Her opponent, Jefferson Griffin, has refused to concede, even after his rightful call for recounts still showed Riggs had won. His court case threatening to throw out over 60,000+ NC votes, basically changing the rules after a fair election and recounts, nam county. e or by ALL North Carolinians and has the potential for impact nationally on our free and fair elections.
Over 400 voters in Rowan County have had their votes questioned. This is one case where our presence can have an impact as we join voters across NC to magnify the seriousness of this ongoing court case. Riggs is now the only uncertified race in the country and although Griffin recently lost in court, he has appealed rather than concede.
