Your Candidates for Office:

County Party Chair:
Per NCDP bylaws, the duties of the county chair shall include: preside at county executive meetings and conventions, draft a strategic plan outlining reasonable political goals for the county, execute that plan as approved by the county executive committee, appoint a treasurer, appoint acting precinct chairs as needed for unorganized or newly created precincts in accordance with the Plan of Organization, designate dates and times consistent with parameters set by the state party for precinct meetings and county conventions, appoint committees as required, encourage and facilitate county chapters of state affiliated organizations, attend meetings of district and state executive committees, and more.
