This is the time to make your money matter! For one day, we’re taking control of our spending power. On February 28th, if possible, do not buy anything unless it’s from a small business.

What does this mean?
For one day, this means avoiding purchases online, and avoiding spending money at corporate retailers.

❌No fast food
❌No big-box stores (Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc)

Why?
The purpose of this movement is to remind corporations that we hold the power. This is just the beginning for several movements – the overall plan is to start with one day, then expand to three days, then selecting specific companies that have given in to Trump’s harmful rhetoric and policy shifts until the message is heard loud and clear. Critically: Economic protests work.
