Rowan County Board of Elections – NOTE: Sunday Voting and the most accessible Early Voting Plan may not happen without the presence of the people at the board meetings. Local early voting plans must be submitted to the State Board by August 4th.  The next board meeting is July 18th, at which time the board will discuss the next board meeting to be set for August 1st, in order to vote on a one-stop early voting plan.
