The Rowan County Board of Elections added 1 additional Saturday and 1 Sunday to the mandated calendar for One Stop/Early Voting. Plan B was agreed upon by the entire board after Plan C vote ended up at 3/2. Plan A was not brought to a vote. 

From the State Board of Elections website. “Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022, begins the 17-day one-stop early voting period for the 2022 statewide general election, which ends at 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022. During the early voting period, voters may cast a ballot at any one-stop site in their county. Eligible individuals may register and vote at the same time.”
