Voters Speak – Action Items and Event Reminder
Never think that you can’t make a difference from the comfort of your own home. Whether your representatives agree with your views or not, they need to be reminded of what we, their constituents, want to see happen. A quick call and email from large numbers of us doesn’t go unnoticed. Please share any of your emails as submissions to Voters Speak to encourage others to speak up and amplify our voices if so inclined. More importantly, make those contacts!
Three subjects to broach this week on the national level to Senator Burr and Tillis include:
PACT Act, Veteran Burn Pit bill – Burr and Tillis voted nay on 6/16/22
Inflation Reduction Act – not yet voted upon as of 7/31/22
Respect for Marriage Act – not yet voted upon as of 7/31/22
